ISM’s application form is available on Survey Monkey. If you have any difficulty with the process, you can email us at jpelloweism@impactasia.ca and we can send you another version.
Your application needs to be accompanied by the application fee of $60CAD. The instructions for payment are found in the final pages of the application.
Your application also needs to be accompanied by two references, one pastoral and one personal. Download the reference form and email it to your references.
Once complete, your references should email the form directly to jpelloweism@impactasia.ca.
